PrimalXML with UTF-8

Good day!
Can you please tell how to make PrimalXML understand UTF-8? Now I have it gives a pair of Russian text unreadable characters.

I was trying to put the issue on the tech support. But the method is unscientific spear got here. I would be grateful for a kick in the right direction
A product of which we are - PrimalXML 2012 Version 3.0.7

The current version of PrimalXML is 3.0.13
Please update and let us know if the problem persists.
