No values in Watch panel

Post by wartech »

Product, version and build: PowerShell Studio 2016 5.2.115
32 or 64 bit version of product: 64
Operating system: Windows 7 SP1
32 or 64 bit OS: 64

I'm debugging a script and trying to view the contents of a few variables.
The values are appearing in the Variables panel, but not in the Watch panel.
It makes no difference whether the variables are typed in or added by right-clicking in the Variables panel and "Add To Watch".

This has worked recently, but that may have been before upgrading to 2016.
Any ideas?

TIA
Phil

I'm unable to reproduce this on my end as the watch panel is functioning as expected.

Can you please update to the latest version (5.2.116) and see if that solves the problem?

Tried a reboot first (I know - first thing I should have tried!)
Values for the watched variables appear initially, then second time round a foreach they vanished.

Upgraded to 5.2.117 and everything seems fine now.
Thanks for your help.
