Script2Exe.exe crash when signing exe

Does this crash only occur when you use the packager setting "Sign executable after packaging"? Are you specifying a pfx file with or without a password? Can you sign ps1 files in the editor without a crash? David

Interesting, looks like you can close the incident. Crash occurs when you explicitly specify the same key as you already have installed. If you do not specify it - all goes well.

Can you clarify what you mean? Not quite sure I understand what is happening. Can you also send a screenshot of the settings that caused the crashed or if possible the pff file (if it is a form) to support@sapien.com Either case we would still like to prevent this crash from happening in the future. Script2Exe.exe crash when signing exe

Post by franky13 »

Hi coder 12345,it doesn't crash then, but the resulting executable is not signed (it has no "Digital signatures" tab in the properties dialog)... This is the same result I get, when I do leave the "Sign executable after packaging" checkbox completely unchecked...But thanks anyway for trying to help!Regards Frank
