Install issues on Windows 11

Post by mafriese »

Product, version and build: Powershell Studio 2021 5.8.195_100721
Operating system: Windows 11 21H2 22000.194
PowerShell version(s): 5.1.22000.65

I just installed Powershell Studio on my Windows 11 machine and it does not start.
The process appears in task manager with 68MB RAM usage and does not do anything else.
I already reinstalled it twice (downloaded again to make sure the file is not corrupted) - Script Explorer and packager can be started without any issues.

Are there any errors in the event viewer?

There were no events in the event log - I realised that other Software had issues too and reinstalled the machine.
It works now.
