Is there a particular time that this happens?
Does this consistently happen?

Not really. The only thing that could be consistent is having multiple scripts open and manually executing them one after the other and as soon as the Run Icon has gone green from the previous script execution!

While I have not been able to reproduce this, changes have been made in attempt to fix this behavior. When I have more information about the next service release, I'll update you here.
