Product: PowerShell Studio 2021 (64 Bit)
Build: v5.8.186
OS: Windows 10 Education (64 Bit)
Build: v10.0.19042.0
First thank you for adding this feature: Multiple icons in packager. I have used it already.
However this version froze while building the cache on first launch. I had to kill via task manager.
The application has since frozen a couple of time while using. No similarity between states when this happened; as such can't provide more info.
If you have suggestion for me to look at let me know.
Pete

Re: Issues with 5.8.186
So far I have not been able to reproduce this, but another customer is also experiencing the same behavior.
I'm aware you said it is not consistent as to when it freezes, but when the application has frozen, what were you currently doing?
Did you have multiple documents open?
Did you have a project open?
Was the start page also open?

Re: Issues with 5.8.186
After the initial upgrade I got one freeze the first time it was building the cache. I killed PSS and restarted it, opened a single ps1 file where I then added a couple of extra icons using the Build settings UI and it locked up again. I killed PSS and restarted. Since those 2 times have had not had an issue and after the second restart PSS did not loose any of the settings\changes made prior to the lockup. I never have the startup page enabled.
Re: Issues with 5.8.186
Please try build 5.8.187 and let me know if you are still experiencing this issue.

Re: Issues with 5.8.186
No problems so far; updated successfully. Cache built without the app freezing.
