Adding Folders to MSI settings

I am currenlty trying to add folders along with some files to compile an msi with my powershell script. When the compliler runs it says it is excluding the folders becasue they are not files.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

will only complie msi with files , fails when folders are present

It fails because you need to add all files your script needs, you can't just add the the folder.
