Cannot connect to activation server

Cannot connect to activation server

Product, version and build: 5.6.167
32 or 64 bit version of product: 64
Operating system: Windows 10 Enterprise
32 or 64 bit OS: 64

After updating to 5.6.167, PS Studio can no longer connect to the activation server.
I already tried using a firewall rule to allow ALL incoming and outgoing connections, but still no success.

This is multi-user license. Our server has received and acknowledged three activation requests today (9/24/19) and two yesterday (9/23/19) on this particular license.
In order to distinguish any incoming requests from you versus other users of this license please provide your machine name and your public ip address.

Please email this information to support@sapien.com. It would also be helpful to know if you are behind a proxy server and if you can, in general, reach https://www.sapien.com from the computer in question.
Please note that we cannot assume that this is the same computer you made this post from.

We will do whatever we can do get you going as quickly as possible.
