Project to EXE file

I have copied a .psf file into a new blank project. However I no longer have the option to create an EXE file. The Packager settings are all grayed out. Let me know if I am supposed to be able to create an EXE file from a project or not. Please let me know what I need to do to create an EXE file. I moved this file to a new project as this has become something that needs more organization. SEE BELOW for product specs.

If you used the Empty Project template, then yes you should be able to package the project into an executable. The only project that doesn't let you package is the module project.

Just in case, close the project and reopen it and one.
If you can, please post a screenshot showing the project panel and the disabled buttons.

I created a new project again and brought the files in and now I can create the EXE file.

Looks like you were using a collection project. Which depends on the project settings:
