Compiled EXE Form sizing skewed when ControlBox set False

Product, version and build: Powershell Studio 2019 5.6.159
32 or 64 bit version of product: 64bit
Operating system: Windows 10 1703 (10.0.15063.1563)
32 or 64 bit OS: 64bit

When building an application form, if I set ControlBox to false and build the application, the form is considerably shorter in height than displayed in the PSS IDE. If I re-enable the ControlBox and build, it is back at the normal height.. Attached is a screenshot...

To add another note, when you are in PSS and have ControlBox = False, if you just RUN the application, re. to test, it runs fine with no issues, there is something that is done at "Build" time to cause the issue..

This may just be a .NET WinForms high DPI bug, because if you set the FormBorderStyle to Sizable, the issue goes away on my end.

I will try to research this more.
