Powershell Studio 2019 cannot start after upgrade

Powershell Studio 2019 cannot start after upgrade

Product, version and build: PowerShell Stuidio 2019
32 or 64 bit version of product: 64
Operating system: Windows 10
32 or 64 bit OS: 64 bits

I can't start Powershell Studio since I upgraded to version 2019. See attached screenshot

1. What version did you previously have installed?

2. Please zip the following file:

C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\SAPIEN\PowerShell Studio\LayoutState.xml

3. And upload it here or attach it to this topic:

https://www.sapien.com/support/upload

4. Then close PowerShell Studio and delete the file.
5. Restart the application and see if you still get an error.
