Re: PowerShell Console QT Version Untested
We need more details!
Need the steps, how are you executing the script?
Is this error showing at the PowerShell Studio Console?
Is the running the script with the 64 or 32 bit engine?
Do you get the same error when running the script on the Windows PowerShell Console?

Re: PowerShell Console QT Version Untested
There is no script being run.
1) Launch PowerShell Studio
2) File>Open>File Explorer opens
3) Qt: Untested Windows version 10.0 detected! pops up in the win64 powershell window and also in win32 shell window persistently.
Repeat the same steps and it occurs again.

Re: PowerShell Console QT Version Untested
What version of PowerShell Studio 2018 you are using?
Has it ever work?
Is this a first time installation?

Re: PowerShell Console QT Version Untested
Powershell studio version 5.5.154. I just notice it after the first time installation. I went ahead and updated my Windows 10 Enterprise to 1803 (Build 17134.1) just in case it might of fix it, but still see the same issue. The domain user account I login into does not have admin rights, but I have another admin account as admin for the Powershell studio.
Makes no difference either way, I have a video recording I can send, attachment does not support .mp4

Re: PowerShell Console QT Version Untested
If this was a first time installation, it's possible you're missing the following components which are required for the products to work.
Please check that you have the following installed components on your machine:
Microsoft Visual Studio C++ 2012 Redistributable (x86) - 11.0.6.1030
Microsoft Visual Studio C++ 2012 Redistributable (x64) - 11.0.6.1030
Microsoft Visual Studio C++ 2017 Redistributable (x86) - 14.14.26429
Microsoft Visual Studio C++ 2017 Redistributable (x64) - 14.14.26429
If there are missing, below are the links to download then:

Re: PowerShell Console QT Version Untested
I notice that these components were installed a few days ago. Have you tried to uninstalled/reinstall PowerShell Studio after that?
Is this computer in a domain, and control by group policies?
Please create another print screen showing PowerShell Studio with the error you're experiencing. I can't reproduce this error you're experiencing. The print screen is very vague.
