Auto Tab complete import-module from console

Post by Andras » Thu Mar 08, 2018 6:23 pm

Query?

Product, version and build: Powershell Studio 2018 Version 5.5.150
32 or 64 bit version of product: 64 - v5
Operating system: Windows 7 Enterprise 64 Build 7601: service Pack 1
32 or 64 bit OS:64

When trying to import a module from the PS Studio Console using import-module -n is not detecting the name parameter
it should expand to import-module -name with tab completion? If I type import-module - and hit tab I can cycle
through the available parameters. I have just updated version - any suggestions

After taking another look this seems to be standard behavior. If you use the PowerShell Console window from the desktop you will see the behavior that you describe.
