On Windows 8.1.
If I setup manually Powershell studio 64 bits, I get
PowerShell Studio 2017
SAPIEN Document Explorer 2017
SAPIEN PowerShell Studio 2017
SAPIEN ScriptMerge 2017
SAPIEN Updates
ScriptMerge 2017
If I run unattend the setup with an admin account, I get:
PowerShell Studio 2017
SAPIEN Document Explorer 2017
SAPIEN PowerShell Studio 2017
If I run with SCCM (system account) (same script that my second test), I get:
PowerShell Studio 2017
We have a multiuser licence and using the procedure in the document provide by you.

Re: Different inscriptions in Add remove program depending of the setup solution
I am not sure what version you are installing from this, since you did not fill out the requested information.
Basically you should not see anything that does not start with 'SAPIEN'. I don't see this here, so I am not sure. Maybe you can provide a screenshot.
It seems when you run it with SCCM it does not install any of the prerequisites. First step would be to see if it is not installed, e.g. ScriptMerge, as in the files in 'Program Files' don't actually exist or if it is simply not listed where you look.

If by requirements, you mean VC++, they were install before on that test computer. Effectively the Framework was wrong so I install our latest 4.6.01590 framework.Alexander Riedel wrote: ↑Thu Oct 05, 2017 11:49 am I am not sure what version you are installing from this, since you did not fill out the requested information.

VC++:
Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x64) - 11.0.61030
Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 x64 Additional Runtime - 11.0.61030
Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 x64 Minimum Runtime - 11.0.61030
Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x86) - 11.0.61030
Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 x86 Additional Runtime - 11.0.61030
Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 x86 Minimum Runtime - 11.0.61030
Framework: 4.6.01590
Powershell studio 2017 5.4.144.0
What I see un HKLM\software\Microsoft\Windows\current version\uninstall is PowerShell Studio 2017 and SAPIEN PowerShell Studio 2017.
Seems there are difference between installing it manually, unattend or unattend with SCCM. Would I need running the setup with Allusers=1?

Yes. But what I meant with prerequisites is also SAPIEN Document Explorer, SAPIEN Updates and SAPIEN ScriptMerge.
These should also be installed with a full install.

If the setup is not installing it, how may I install them unattend and silently?

Re: Different inscriptions in Add remove program depending of the setup solution
Yes, you should use all users. If the setup is not installing it, then I do not know at the moment why it would not. I will have to talk to the installer vendor.
Please confirm that these parts are not present. They will only be installed if they are not already there.

Sorry, maybe I did not make myself clear. Please check if the software physically exists on your drive or not. I am not referring to registry entries.

Go to this folder: C:\Program Files\SAPIEN Technologies, Inc
What other sub folders are there and do they have content?
