    Hi Support

    I purchased your software in Nov 2016 and our Service desk leader has been using this software successfully. The laptop he was using crashed and the hard drive has been completely wiped. We were wondering if its possible to restore/decompile an executable file we have? As we have lost a recent backup which was stored on this hard drive.

    Your file causes a virus alert when downloading. I have to check that on an isolated machine. This will take a little longer.
