I have created a GUI project and built an msi for it. I am looking to install another application before the form loads or it can load after the form loads. I just need the application installed before the user clicks an event within the GUI that i have created. Is this possible by adding the msi within the building phase of the project? Then calling msiexec.exe or something within the script during the load form. Are there any other options for this scenario like installing prerequisites for my projects without manually installing each msi before i install my project's msi?

Our installers do not support prerequisites / custom actions at this time, but that doesn't prevent you from including the MSI with your installation.
Using the MSI Settings dialog, you can add the dependent msi to the installer:
Then I recommend creating a function that detects if the prerequisite is already installed. If not installed, have the script install the msi:
