Run-as generates access denied

Product, version and build: Studio 2017 v 5.4.143
32 or 64 bit version of product: 64bit
Operating system:W10
32 or 64 bit OS: 64bit

*** Please add details and screenshots as needed below. ***
First building the code and generating the .exe file : all works fine.
When SHIFT+right-clicking the .exe file and choosing run-as, then entering domain admin credentials : popup warning "ACCESS DENIED"

Usually this happens when you try to execute a file in a user folder from another user.
Move the file to a non-user specific location prior to executing it.

I already tried moving the file to C:\TEMP but still I receive the same error.

Can you provide some more details? What packaging options did you choose? What does the system log say?
Have you tried it on another machine?
Can you provide a screenshot? It is hard to tell if this is a message from your application or from the system.
