Deactivation Help

Hello all,

I wanted to see if I could have my PowerShell Studio licenses reset. I wiped one of the computers I had it installed on and did not realize I had to manually de-activate the software. From now on I will do so, I'd just like this one-time reset.

What was the name of the computer? This way I can be sure we deactivate the right one.
