Hello I minimized or closed (cannot recall which) the Output Window.
When I select View > Output (e.g. make sure the box is checked), I do not see the Output Window appear anywhere.
Please advise, how to I get this window back again

Re: cannot get Output Window back
You can reset the layout by loading a preset layout using the status bar's Layout menu or the ribbon under the View tab->Layout->Layouts.
Alternatively, you can reset the panels to the default using Options->Panels->Reset to Default State.
