32 or 64 bit version of product: 64
Operating system: Win10
32 or 64 bit OS: 64
PowerShell Version: 5.0

Try the following

Type an single (no characters before or after ) $ somewhere
Double click in the single $

I've managed to reproduce this on my end and have filed an internal bug report.
