Cannot do a new install due to invalid signature

Post by trwood »

Product, version and build: PowerShell Studio SPS16Setup_5.3.130_110716_x64
32 or 64 bit version of product: 64Bit
Operating system: Windows 7 SP1
32 or 64 bit OS:64Bit OS
PowerShell Version: 2.0

Hi,
I am trying to install on a new laptop and get the invalid signature message in the attached image.

I have tried turning off the 'allow software to run even if signature is invalid' but no luck.

Help.....

Thanks.

You need to look at the signatures on that file (while the message is up) and examine the counter signatures and the counter signatures of the time stamps.
One of the root authorities is not trusted on your system. Generally root authorities are updated with system updates, so please make sure your
system is fully patched.
