32 or 64 bit OS: 64-bit
PowerShell Version: 5.0
Went to install new PSStudio 2016 on PC with old version of software installed. Upgrade proceeded without problem and when I started the upgraded program for the first time, I was prompted for my subscription number and user id. Successfully entered this information but when I save and exit, the subscription information isn't saved, but gets removed from registry and I have to reenter the information when I log in again.
I had other earlier versions of SAPIEN products, including PrimalScript and others.
SAPIEN applications will not activate

Please do not post a subscription number here, but am I understanding this correctly that upgrading gave you a new subscription number?
