I'm currently attempting to recreate this and will let you know when I have some more information.

Sorry for the delay, however on the bright side I managed to reproduce this on my end and have saved the VM.

I had to install Visual Studio 2015 at first then install PrimalScript afterward. I then loaded a script with a signature on it and began packaging it in various ways. After removing the signature and then modifying the encoding from UTF-8 to Unicode LE it crashed just as you've experienced.

We are looking further into the cause of this and will update this thread as soon as we have something, thank you for reporting this.

We managed to fix this on our end and would like you to verify the fix works for you as well. I've attached a zip file with a psbuild.exe inside. Please extract the psbuild.exe to your PrimalScript installation directory and attempt to package the script again.
