PrimalScript 2015 will not start

Hi,

I tried downloading PrimalScript 2015 and installed both the 32 and 64-bit versions. I have tried installing on Windows 7 and Windows 8.1. The installation always completes successfully

Every time I attempt to launch the application, it crashes. I am a local admin to all computers tested. Tried to RunAs Administrator but nothing is working.

Event Viewer reports that PrimalScript is crashing upon launch.

Is there any fix for this?

Did you remember to include the following?

1. Product, version and build (e.g. Product: PrimalScript 2014, Version & Build: 7.0.46. Version and build information can be found in the product's About box accessed by clicking the blue icon with the 'i' in the upper right hand corner of the ribbon.)
2. Specify if you are running a 32 or 64 bit version
3. Specify your operating system and if it is 32 or 64 bit.
4. Attach a screenshot if your issue can be seen on the screen
5. Attach a zip file if you have multiple files (crash reports, log entries, etc.) related to your issue.

Most likely a missing system component. We are investigating. Can you verify which MFC runtime versions you have installed?

It would also help to see the event viewer details.

I only have the 32-bit version of PrimalScript installed. I am seeing that Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (x86) version 11.0.61030. I'm am very certain that this was part of the PrimalScript installation.

Windows 7 SP1 Enterprise 32-bit
Windows 8.1 Enterprise 64-bit

The event viewer log I submitted is from Windows 7.
