primalscript 2015 will not start

just to cover the posts made:
I had removed 2015 at work and returned to 2014.
now it will not allow me to go back to 2015 to try what you said.
it says it cannot remove man old version of 2015 and to contact support.

WRT multiple installs here is my situation:
I have 2015 currently working on my home machine AMD Athlon 8Gb RAM Win7
it will not start at work Intel i5 8Gb RAM Win8.1

my habit has been to install on any project I do and remove when I leave.
I must be able to do this or I will need a new editor.

the time frame I was given was to renew by April 1.
I need to know if this can be fixed by then.

I am not sure what that means. Is there a message that says you are not allowed to install the newer version?

when I try to re-install 2015 over the 2014 I went back to it says it can't with this message.
I tried to remove all forms of PrimalScript and re-install but the same message comes up.

Please download the latest service build 7.1.58 from February 17th.

This is a message from Windows Installer using the names defined inside the MSI. I have forwarded this to our installer vendor for information on how to resolve this.

I'm getting exactly the same issues after installing this version. Any other options?
