problem with opening options dialog

verytime when I go to File>Options, it pops up message saying "the parameter is incorrect", then it goes to the option dialog. I am using the latest PrimalScript, any idea? thanks.

Please always specify the exact version and build number. When someone reads this post 2 year from now they should know which exact build this build refers to. Thanks.
Did this suddenly start when using this specific build or is this an effect after updating to the latest build?

cannot remember when it started happening, but before and after the update, it happens everytime when I open the options dialog, and it goes to the page whichever I left on the last time. any other information that will be helpful for you to find the cause? thanks!

just installed 6.5.142 and it is the same error message.
where is the options written on the disk? I might be able to hack into it and fix the problem. thanks.

Please don't try to hack anything.
Can you export this key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SAPIEN Technologies, Inc.\PrimalScript\2012
to a reg file and email it to
support@sapien.com
Maybe we can reproduce the problem that way.

Not really, we have found no way of reproducing this and no one else reported this.
You shouldn't have to go into the settings often enough to make this annoying, so why don't you tell me why you go there all the time? Maybe that way we can figure out what happened to cause this.
