After the change to Windows Vista i get the following message when i try to unlock the software:

Our Server Reports: ERROR: Too many product activations. Please contact Sapien...
...
I then tried it via the website, which gives me the same error and then i called you (thursday last week), but no reply until today.
Please get in touch with me, so i can unlock the software (which is only running on my machine).
