Hmm, ok. I am a bit concerned here, Previously you said it reported:Starting to enumerate sub keys{Opening SubKey The { would be the name of the key it opened. So it should have said {0000002F-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} But it is able to open it, or so it seems. There is some registry ANSI <-> Unicode translation that is failing on your machine. I am not sure why that would be, since this is not really our code but Windows. PS2009 is fine because it reads the registry as ANSI to begin with. I'll prep another test dll to verify that this is indeed the problem and get back to you.

Ok. This one test the key for encoding and send the result to the output window. Let's see what that does. uploads/7840/08082011-2.zip

Oh and since I just realized that you are on a 64 bit OS, please export the first entry under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTWow6432NodeCLSIDJust in case. Don't want to miss anything.

Add Object to Job
the first 4/5 entries uner the Wow64/CLSID have to do with Cognos and DAO.The first one that looked like it might be of interest looks like:Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTWow6432NodeCLSID{0000002F-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}]@="CLSID_RecordInfo"[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTWow6432NodeCLSID{0000002F-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}InprocServer32]@="C:WindowsSysWOW64oleaut32.dll""ThreadingModel"="Both"
