Debugger64 ScriptDriver Error

Post by wayne_Avery »

Product, version and build: PrimalScript 2020 7.7.143
Operating system: Windows 10 64 Bit
PowerShell version: V5
32 or 64 bit OS: 64 bit

Hi,
I have just installed PrimalScript 2020. When I try running a simple script using ctrl+F5 I receive an error which reads "PowerShell Debugger could not be loaded: Cannot Load library C:\Program Files\SAPIEN Technologies, Inc\PrimalScript2020\Debugger64, The specified module could not be found." When I click OK I receive the message "Cannot instantiate PowerShell V5 object: 0" in the Output section. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the product but still receive the error. I have included 4 screenshots which are the 2 error messages my PC's powershell version and a list of files in the location mentioned in the ScriptDriver error message. If I run the script from the PowerShell shell it works fine, I just can't run it in PrimalScript itself.

Does anyone have a solution?
Thanks
Regards
Wayne

Can you please double check if you have the .NET framework 4.8 installed?

The path for the failure to load is incomplete, which is a little odd.
Was there a previous version of PrimalScript installed?

Thanks Alexander you are on money. The box on my install was blank which I haven't seen before. Once selected it began playing fair.
Thanks again.
