32 or 64 bit version of product: 32bit
Operating system: Windows 10 Enterprise

Text in Editor now appearing in a language other then the one chosen (and previously used).

Looks all greek to me. The question is, did the source file change (verify with Notepad) or did you select another font that is basically a greek font?
What is the native language of your system?
