Getting the "build not covered w/ subscription..." error.
How did my build change and how do I go back, if that's the cure?
Subscription expired 9/1 but need to continue with last updated version.

You can download the latest build you are eligible for from SAPIEN.com->My Account->Registered Products:

https://www.sapien.com/account/products

You will need to uninstall the current build, before installing an older build.

Note: The product never installs an update automatically. The user must manually install the new build or press the Download and Install button via the Update Tool.
