DPI Scaling Issues Persisting

Product, version and build: PrimalScript 7.2.94
32 or 64 bit version of product: 64-bit
Operating system: Windows 10 Anniversary Edition
32 or 64 bit OS: 64-bit
PowerShell Version: 5

We are seeing some DPI issues in our environment within all the SAPIEN suite applications. Basically the font is very, very large and clips within the applications. I suspect this is really a Microsoft problem, but we were wondering if there were any settings we could try within the applications to solve the issue. Here's a screenclip of what we're seeing:

We have high-dpi, high resolution laptop screens (Dell 7470's) with two external 24" 1080p monitors. The Dell is set to 150%, while the external monitors are set to 100%.

Also, we are seeing inconsistencies within the SAPIEN applications. For example, the screen clip above is just the options panel, but the rest of the application looks as we would expect it to, at a reasonable size.

Any thoughts?

We regularly test and even develop on high-dpi displays. We cannot see any of these effects here or on our test machines, so I suspect it is something local to you.
It looks like only static text and button controls are affected by these overly large font sizes.
There are really no settings for this within the application. Windows does all the scaling of fonts and UI elements.
As you can see the text in lists (to the left) and in combo boxes or edit controls is fine.
I suspect that Windows gets confused if you have different scaling on individual monitors. I would, for a test, set them all to the same scaling and see if that makes a difference.

Thank you very much for the reply!

That does seem to do the trick after a reboot, but after we RDP to the laptop it reverts to the same issue again until a reboot.

I'm going to go ahead and blame the Windows 10 Anniversary Update for this then.

You mention that you RDP to the laptop, can you elaborate what you mean by this?

If I can get some more details about your setup I can try and reproduce it on my end so we can get this fixed for you.
