Quick test on a pretty new Windows 10 64 machine shows it to come up fine.
Can you provide more info? What .NET frameworks are installed?

Replace the file PoshWiz.dll in your installation with the one in the attached zip file and see if that helps.

Thanks, Alex! The PoshWiz.dll may have fixed it. I get the dialog now. I will continue to test.
