Do you have PowerShell RTM installed?
My understanding is that PowerShell itself has not been released for Vista yet.

I'm running the latest internal Powershell build for Vista RTM (I work at MS).

I just tried it on Windows Server 2003 SP1 with the release version of PowerShell 1.0. PowerShell Help crashes in the exact same way.

Juts ran it on 2003 and Vista with RTM here and it seems fine.
I'll put in some diagnostics after the holidays and we'll find out.

Please find out what version of PWSHHelpCtrl.dll you have on those systems.
