That depends on the payment method. With a Credit Card it is usually instantly. With PayPal it depends. Check your PayPal account if the payment has been made. Contact sales@sapien.com for assistance if your payment was not processed for some reason or did not go through.

PowerShell 7 runtimes are no longer included. They can be downloaded from your account page or via the Script Packager UI if needed.

Yes. For that particular packager engine it will always use 'bypass'. There is no way to bypass that. Pun intended.

It doesn't change the execution policy of your machine or network. It only launches an instance of PowerShell.exe with the -bypass parameter in order to execute the script you want to execute.
