I was able to reproduce this using 5.4.138, however in the latest version (5.4.139) I'm not having any luck reproducing it.

Can you upload a copy of the module manifest? If the module is appearing in the list but the commands are not, this means that PowerShell Studio simply can't see the commands for some reason. Also, if you run the previously mentioned command, do the commands appear in the list? I understand you can ...
