Powershell v3 not on 64-bits (PS 3.1.25)

Hi, I've upgraded to PowerShell Studio 3.1.25 from 3.1.24 and I notice that I'm not able to select PowerShell v3 with 64-bits or 64-bits elevated anymore. PrimalCSV unable to set delimiter

I'm using csv files with non-standard delimiters. e.g. "#" or "»"

How can I tell the tool to use an other delimiter than the one taken from "Regional Settings" ?

I've installed the servicerelease 3.1.10, on the Win7 and Win8 machines, and I don't receive the messages anymore.
