Editor's documentation. Unfortunately I can't provide you when a timeline, since I don't have
that information.

The Save button is disabled if the Language or the Title fields are not set. Please verify if any of these fields are not set.Also from what file type are you creating snippets? Thank you, David

Script Packager STA Mode
I ran some tests and the packager does run in STA when
you check STA Mode. What settings are you using? Please post a screenshot if
possible.
In addition, can you elaborate on what behavior you are
expecting?
