Reading the above I cannot determine if you are saying it crashes when trying to start it or when you are closing it.

The event log information does not provide any information as to the location or cause of the crash. As previously mentioned, the stackhash indicates even Windows does not know where the crash occured.

Please refer to chapter 13 in the product manual. If you use WScript as host you should specify the same folder as the executable file for your temp files in your case.
