Can I import snippets From 4.0 to 4.1?

They are just files in folders. You can simply move them.
Search for .snippet files.

Back Spacing over Tabs

It backspaces and deletes whatever character is there.
Settingt it to use spaces instead of tabs does not automatically replace existing tab characters.
Look at the Edit - Convert topics to replace tabs with spaces.

It should work fine with RTM. A crash at that exact spot is usually related to an outdated scripting.automation.dll assembly from a pre-RC2 install of PowerShell

If you still see this after the re-image, please let us know.

4.1 behaviors and memory leak

I think what you see due to hibernation is a different issue.
We'll have to look at that seperately.

Can you please identify which versions, if any, of Microsoft PowerShell you have installed? Is this by any chance prior to RC2?

4.1 behaviors and memory leak

Now I have to find a way to make PrimalScript not care when VBScript.dll has a leak :-) Actually in all fairness I have not yet determined that it actually has one. As a COM object it is subject to what is called lazy release. Meaning if you discard the object it does not get unloaded in anticipatio...

4.1 behaviors and memory leak

No, unfortunately it is not that simple. Please go to "Tools - Options - Text Editor - PrimalSense" Switch off "Enable Live Syntax Check" Restart PrimalScript and see if that remedies your leak. Now, if it does, I need the exact version of your VBScript.dll If it doesn't, well, I'll have to find mys...

4.1 behaviors and memory leak

I still don't know what type of file. Each type has its own parser, so this really is important.
Please also try if that memory consumption goes down when you minimze PS.
That would point to a resource leak rather than a memory leak.

Thanks

4.1 behaviors and memory leak

I don't see that effect. But, as nobody posted yet what type of file they actually use when they experience this, I may just not be looking at the right spot. How about you send me a file (zipped) with exact instructions what you are doing to make this happen? Are you cutting and pasting? Editing? p...
