PowerShell Studio dialog/windows/forms do NOT have this problem.
But it DOES occur when the same Version of PowerShell Studio is running the program in debug mode.
Maybe that tells you which MS libs are being used.

Hi Alex, I have only seen this with PowerShell and the EXEs that I have created with it. I had been observing this for the last month and investigated today.
