I used your license key to unlock a PrimalScript 2009 copy here locally and there is no problem with your key.
I suggest to log on as a local administrator and lauch PrimalScript elevated. As DOMAIN admin you may not have sufficient rights LOCALLY.

Ugh. My bad. That is my fault, I haven't updated the version number in the installer. That's what I get for rushing this out....

Please download and install the latest service build (528). That should provide more information on the issue.

Please refer to chapter 13 on page 124 and following in the included manual for more information on the packager.

It should all be in there.

We have issued a new build that moves the creation of the folder out of the installer and into the application (5.0.628).
Please download and try and let us know if that resolves the issue.
