Re: mfc140u.dll Error

Did you update from PowerShell Studio 2015 or 2016 because I think something has gone wrong in the upgrade as that specific dll is no longer used in 2019. Can you please answer the following questions: - Are you able to run a new script or a new project? - Under C:\Program Files\SAPIEN Technologies,...

Re: mfc140u.dll Error

I need more information in order to assist you. Can you please provide screenshots of the error messages as well as names of the dlls that are missing? Do you have the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015-2019 installed? This should have been installed with the PowerShell Studio install...

Re: Adding new form... misleading...

You are correct, there seems to have been a change in the function name from Call-MyNewForm_psf to Show-MyNewForm_psf that has been poorly documented. I apologize for the inconvenience and we are working to update our information. When you create a multi-form project (File->New->New Form Project->Mu...

It appears something might be blocking the connection to that socket. Please try rebooting your system and let us know if the problem persists.

Re: Intellisense doesn't appear to be working

When you modify the cache, its important that you follow these steps. If you have modules that are not in the scope of the environmental variable PSModulePath, then those modules will need to be imported using the cache manager. If you need a specific version of a module, this will also need to be s...

Re: Intellisense doesn't appear to be working

If these modules that are not being recognized are new or are not listed in the Object Browser panel, you will need to rebuild the cache in order for the intellisense to work. This can be done by going to to the ribbon (Home->Platform) and selecting the button named Rebuild Local Cache : SPS_Rebuild...

Re: Install PSv6 into PowerShell Studio 2019

PowerShell Studio will automatically recognize once you have PowerShell 6 installed. The latest powershell can be downloaded from here: https://github.com/PowerShell/Powershell From there, you should be able to see it in the dropdown menu on the ribbon (Home->Platform): SPS-Platform.png For the Cons...

Re: Script packager left menu no option to show after hide the menu!

At the moment, the only way to fix the issue is to delete the SAPIEN Script Packager settings from the registry. Please delete the following from the registry for your task pane to reappear: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SAPIEN Technologies, Inc.\SAPIEN Script Packager\Settings We apologize for the inc...
