Ok, we are tracking something here related to profile loading. Not quite sure yet what happened but we'll figure it out.

Try removing all your PowerShell profiles and see if that makes any difference. If that helps it gives us a spot to look further.

Was this in the general profile under system32
or in the PowerShell folder under your "My Documents" folder?

The error message usually provides a bit more detail. Can you look and copy that information please. Please also note what powershell version you have installed and if you see the powershell icon on PrimalScript's statusbar. Last but not least, what entries do you have in the PrimalScript.profile.ps...

That's the product version number.
The dll is in this folder:
C:Program FilesSAPIEN Technologies, IncPrimalScript 2009
Right click on it in Windows Explorer and select "Properties..."
Select the version tab.
Right on top is the file version number, it should be
1.0.0.17 or 1.0.0.18
