Well, that is what that component is supposed to be doing.
It would appear it doesn't even get called.
So let's start some place earlier. I'll modify a primalscript.exe to test this.

Try the attached control, backup the old one, regasm the new one.
If you sign a script you should see a messagebox. Please let me know if you see it.

Tools - Options - Environment - Languages.
Select VBScript and add "MAC" to the recognized extensions.

Can you attach a pws that works and one that doesn't here so I can see the difference? That may help to determine what is going wrong.

Sorry, no :-) I know many users have shortcuts for PrimalScript on their desktops that launch it with whatever folders they have with scripts in it. Just to clarify, you want us to override the Windows mechanism for setting the startup folder?
I need to clarify that if we add this option it would affect ALL shortcuts, dismissing the shortcut setting and open always in the configured folder.
