Re: Scripts created in 2012/2016 not working in 2017

if you have the PWSHHelpCtrl2016*.dll files there, copy this to a cmd file and run from an elevated prompt: cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SAPIEN Debugger 2016 C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\Regasm.exe PWSHHelpCtrl2016.dll /CODEBASE C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework...

Re: Writing scripts to x64\<whatever>.exe failed, error code 87

Error code 87 means "The parameter is incorrect", which is Microsoft's way of saying "Something is wrong" Unfortunately that does not help either one of us. Uninstalling and re-installing rarely solves anything but if this solves it for a few minutes and then it fails again means...

Re: Scripts created in 2012/2016 not working in 2017

Rebuilding the cache is only relevant for intellisense. Uninstalling and re-installing rarely solves anything and usually makes Windows Installer screw up your system. The best way to solve a problem is to go one step at a time rather than throwing everything against the wall to see if somethings st...

Re: Possible Bug in PowerShell Studio 2017

I don't know what your script contains and how your system is configured or updated. But anyway, we do not generate these .config files for the fun of it. We do that because of the mix of modules and snapins out there it is necessary more often than not. What exactly is the problem with these files ...

Re: Possible Bug in PowerShell Studio 2017

There was little if any change in the way executables are packaged. The config file is necessary if you have mixed mode assemblies. It looks like this: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?> <configuration> <startup useLegacyV2RuntimeActivationPolicy="true"> <supported...

Re: Network Policy Server

Browse to the class in question (or use search) and examine the members shown. Sample queries are generated on the help tab. You say you are running on Windows 7 but you need to query a Windows Server 2012 R2. Are you actually connected to that server? If you query your local WMI database you will n...

Re: Items in listbox

Sure there is. Create a stringbuilder object, iterate over the items in the list and add them line by line. The use something like out-file to write the string to a file. If you use a listview rather than a listbox, then you can use the Items property. It has a CopyTo method that can be used to expo...

Re: Restart System Tray

The reason for this could be a configuration problem on one of the repositories.
Can you send an email to support@sapien.com detailing where the watched folders are and the respective repositories?
