Re: Can't reach activation server

It seems there is a bit of a DNS issue going on in Europe. It is not on our side, where everything appears to be running normally.
If you can, try using 9.9.9.9 or 8.8.8.8 as DNS servers. (may need reboot)
If that helps, it is a DNS issue in your area.

Re: Cant contact server

I am a bit concerned here, because the IP location for 31.214.119.58 that you originally specified is located in Kuwait.
The others are Amazon mirrors it seems, which would be normal. I'll look into it some more today.

Re: Cant contact server

To better understand what is happening here, could you tell us what your geographical location is? In other words, which country are you in?

Re: Error: Unsupported file encoding (Unicode Big Endian)

Simple, change the encoding of the file. In PowerShell Studio, look at the status bar. It probably says UTF-16BE there (BE being Big Endian)
Change it to UTF-8 or UTF-16LE and it'll be fine.

Re: Code Signing PFX option not available

Yes, PFX file support was removed and will also be removed from PrimalScript.
You should install any certificate you want to use for code signing into you personal store and select it from there.
This ensures that a certificate used to sign code is actually trusted on your computer.

Re: Self Contained PowerShell Scripts

That is a loaded question. But in general, no, there are no such plans. I mean, to be sure we will support PowerShell Core and .NET Core 3 if and when it has Forms support. But adding ALL PowerShell assemblies and the entire framework to a single exe? No, that is not feasible, even if you do not con...

Re: PrimalScript PowerShell user profile

Oh my, I didn't think anyone still used that old PrimalScript profile, otherwise I would have built in a warning. PrimalScript and PowerShell Studio do not use profiles to run scripts anymore. Profiles are convenient and useful for a console, because it establishes a defined environment tailored to ...

Probably best if you could posts a trimmed down version of your application. Just the bits in question.
