Re: NTFSSecurity module - UnauthorizedAccessException when trying to add access

I sincerely doubt (albeit did not verify) that you can change a folders access permission without elevation. Even in Windows 7 you would have to have UAC completely disabled.

Re: Used 0 of 2 activations - yet activated?

Yeah, that is normal. Activations expire after a period of time so you can activate again within normal cycles of replacing hardware.

Additionally, please provide information about your 'desktop'. Please remember that we cannot see your screen. We need to know what OS, bitness, Powershell version etc you have.

Re: Modules not showing in Object Browser

Please do not try to modify internal files manually unless specifically instructed to do so. Is there any specific reason you are running a 32 bit version of the product on a 64 bit OS? Re: Windows PowerShell ISE vs PowerShell Studio 2017 v5.4.136 result are different

For future reference, if you have a product specific question please post in the corresponding product forum rather than in the general PowerShell forum.
You will get a faster answer and the PowerShell forum stays on topic for questions related to PowerShell itself. Thanks!
