If you cannot start a service it is usually a permission problem. Check if you can start/stop other services. Check if you have a group policy that requires executables to be signed. I think we isolated the issue. Some old code in combination with a compiler update seems to cause that. Of course it needs to be tested still, but we should have a fix in the next service build.

Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately we cannot possibly navigate the various censorship laws of all other countries. We have no actual way of knowing which services are available in what country at any given time.
