4.1 License Key

You need to not be so hard on yourself! We will get your key and email it to you. Also, make sure you are logged into Windows as an admin when you install and when you unlock the product.

You are fine. Thi is a known bug. It has been fixed in 4.1 which should be out soon and which you can upgarde to for free.

Yes, you should be able uninstall it and then reinstall it. That should clear up the problem.

We have done that on purpose. The postings are visible to anyone so that if you are evaluating the software you can look through the postings without having to log in. You canonly post if you login and have write access to those forums.
