Re: Why do some of my parameters do not appear?

The last parameter I have is: [Parameter(ParameterSetName = 'username')] $uname ) However I cannot see any ,,, like you mentioned.... As I have been using the function builder in Powershell studio I have been noticing that it has been entering in , in the position field (in the function builder).

Re: Why do some of my parameters do not appear?

I can verify that there is one very bad syntax and structural error in the declaration of "Move-AdUserOU" Layout the parameters in a more consistent way and you will see it. You have a double declaration. Forgive me if my assumptions are wrong, but when you say I have double declarations, it means ...

Re: Why do some of my parameters do not appear?

More specifically some of the parameters that I have defined are not showing. It looks as though the filepath, ou, descrip...

Re: Customized modules not appearing in Powershell Studio

Hi David, Just a follow up with this. I managed to fix the problem after scouring your old forum posts. I found this . I had to do a clean and then a rebuild for the 64 bit version. Everything is working as is...perhaps this is something that needs to be investigated. As it does not seem to be initi...

Re: Running Custom functions in the JobTracker framework

Its funny. I did define my custom function in the globals.ps1 and the IDE does recognise the function but it is not being being actioned. I used the normal Set-Content cmdlet to enter the values and it works but i was curious as to why my write_log function wasn't working. I'll keep digging when I h...

Re: Calling a form with a job progress control?

Thanks Jvierra, I reviewed my previous work on what I did before where the variable did produce a number. I realised I forgot a key consideration. Instead of [int]$count1 = $TxtCSVjob.count on its own I had failed to produce a variable preceding this that 'retrieved' the contents and put the count p...
