This is usually indicative of a SSL/TLS trust issue. You don't say what OS you are using, but for Windows 7 or lower, please try adding the GoDaddy root certificate to your system by following the steps outlined here: http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/84385-how-do-i-install-the-godadd...

I checked the account for MCNOSCS6 and it is in good standing. You should be able to post to the forums with that account without issue. Would you send a screen shot directly to me at websupport@sapien.com of what you see in the forum when you try to post when logged in as MCNOSCS6?

Just a note tot let you know that the new downloads page has been implemented on our site. You should have no further issues viewing the downloadable items on IE11!
