Hi Stephan, While we work on this, let me know if you wish to use the 32-bit or 64-bit versions of the Productivity Pack and I will send you the 2017 versions along with your Key.

Do you have the ability to create a VM? If so, you can generate and download a trial key from your account page and install it on the VM to test there.

Hello Michael!

Thank you for bringing the issue of the 404 errors on the articles to our attention. A slight server mis-configuration was causing the problem and it has been corrected. You should now be able to view all the articles listed in the Document Explorer.

Unfortunately, there are any number of things that can block a connection. Please check to make sure your network is not blocking access. If it all still looks like it should work, please contact sales@sapien.com with your subscription number and reference this forum post. They will be able to help ...

I installed 5.4.140 on my machine and clicked the option to upgrade to 5.4.144 without issue. I am going to contact one of our engineers to see if he has any thoughts on this matter. Thank you for your patience.
